"And now, and now I'm sad. Now I'm Sad"

Academics
I have just finished up the first year of my undergraduate, and have at least two more left, at my current pace, I do not think I would be making them count, as such, I have reconsidered the amount of time and dedicate I have especially to my subjects, during my finals last semester, beginning to study characteristically 12 hours the final, I actually found that the reference material and our syllabus actually dug way deeper than what was taught in class, I believe I understood this during my first semester examinations too, but had shrugged it off, because of how much I actually enjoyed reading those materials diving deep into my subjects, I will hopefully be trying better at that part of my life.
Film
Joining my college's film society was an obvious choice, and although I was not able to live up to my benchmarks for what I wanted to do with that during period of time, generally, I have fallen behind on a craft I enjoy, I have barely ever had time to open up flowblade and cut together something that gives me satisfaction, it upsets me but is unrealistically true that I couldn't actually live up to the thoughts of mastering and honing my craft during the course of my studies.
Theatre
Joining the theatre society started out mostly as trying to see if I was cool enough to be accepted as a theatre kid, and after getting accepted, I have been folded in, not just by the art, but also by the people present there, though many of them graduate and move further away now, it gives me more passion to ensure doing better for the society and to be able to create as great a space as they did for me. -And oh yeah hopefully actually finishing and showcasing our final production this year :p
Free Software
I had hoped to be able to contribute more in terms of my time and commitment to free software projects like Debian, and OSM, sitting (~1) one year later at SIN airport heading towards DebConf24, I realise I haven't really been able to contribute at all to the movement and the organisation, I dislike how I have seemingly made very little progress in what I wanted to, but hopefully I can write the next version of this page, without having to say this again, I also hope to be more involved in FOSS communities, especially local ones, having moved to Delhi, one of the fantasies was being able to go out and be able to engage with more like-minded programs which just didn't exist back home, and having events like OSM Delhi meet ups, and theatre performances is ideal, and hopefully, it would be more ideal when I am actively able to attend these activities.
Writing
I have severely neglected this blog, trying to write it, the voice I want to do that in has not yet been found, and has stopped me from continuing to try and write, I will hopefully be able to take up the challenge of writing a bit more now if my brain allows me to at least.
